Release: Africa World Airlines to suspend its Lagos and Abuja flights

Pursuant to the instructions issued by Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority, Africa World Airlines will suspend our flights to Lagos and Abuja after 23MAR20.

The last flights to both destinations will operate on Monday 23MAR20. AWA will ensure that sufficient seats are available for Ghanaians wishing to return to Accra prior to the suspension.

Passengers on cancelled flights will receive notification of the cancellation via their original booking channel, and may either rebook to a future date or seek a refund.

AWA intends to continue operating flights from Accra to Kumasi, Tamale, Takoradi, Wa, and Monrovia at this time. Rest assured that if you choose to travel with AWA, you can “Fly safe, fly confident!”
